If the villa has a 0% occupation during a time period, for example due to the owner’s stay, the duties for these departments will still continue.

Lush Life is a fantastic spacious 4 bedroom new villa, in a calm neighborhood, with all the necessary amenities and more. We were 4 couples staying for a week. A small super market and bus stop is less than 200 yards from the house, and just a quick stroll to the best beaches on the island and the infamous Lone Star restaurant. We strongly recommend this villa!
