The deep-fried baby calamari with tartare sauce was a fantastic savoury dish with a crunchy coating and soft supple center.The crab and ginger croquettes with citrus and dill dipping sauce were tender and quite flavourful. The appetizers were well prepared and made a perfect start to our meal. Next, we ordered main courses. The shrimp linguine with garlic, shallots, tomato, basil and chili was a colourful, delicious dish. The shrimp was juicy and was complimented nicely by the chef’s choice of seasonings. We also tried the chicken broccoli penne pasta alfredo. It was very filling and coated with tasty parmesan shavings and tarragon!
Dessert
One must also be sure to visit the cocktail bar and indulge in a skilfully prepared, fresh cocktail or sunset drink. The newly renovated cocktail lounge is the perfect place to relax with a cool glass and enjoy a soothing Caribbean sunset.
