This stunning three-bedroom Royal Villa 10 is a detached villa with its own pool flanked with 6 deep cushioned recliners & inter-spersed parasols & BBQ on the floodlit pool decking. The pool is set against beautifully landscaped gardens & a waterfall pond.

The villa is a beautifully decorated & stylish open plan sitting room upstairs with fans leading out to a covered verandah dining & sofas. There is Wi-Fi, smart screen & a sound system with cable/free sat channels in the sitting room. The bedrooms downstairs are fully air conditioned and en-suite, again, with flat smart screens/cable in all. The master & the twin both open on to our private pool terrace and veranda BBQ decking.

Royal Villa 10 is the only royal villa that offers all the above & especially our courtesy buggy for our guest use…a wonderful way to poodle around the Royal Westmoreland estate!

Guests also have access to the lovely oasis of the infinity edge pool located 20 meters from the villa. The infinity pool makes a welcome change from the beach & our own pool & a lovely way to meet other guests.

Harriette, the lovely housekeeper, will be at the villa to greet you upon your arrival & show you around the villa. There will be a courtesy ‘welcome’ pack of fresh groceries from Tom & myself just to tide you over after your flight for that evening. Harriette will be with you daily to turn the beds, provide fresh linen, upkeep the villa and take care of all your other daily needs leaving you to just relax and enjoy your visit.

As our guests you will have full guest membership & that includes free Wi-Fi, access to the exclusive beach club at Mullins Beach (beds, umbrellas and towels provided), use of the complimentary shuttle to the beach and use of the gym, tennis courts and spa.
